Shipping policy

Enjoy complimentary trackable shipping on all our orders.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to pick and pack your order (for express and international order it will be 24 hours).

Your package will then be gently dispatched through Australia Post, typically taking 3-11 days (most parcels delivered within 4 business days in Australia).

Expect an automatic order confirmation within 5-15 minutes of placing your order. Additionally, an email with delivery details will be sent once the package is shipped. If it's not in your inbox, kindly check your spam or other folders.

In the event of delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a global pandemic, high courier package volumes, or force majeure, please note that we are not accountable for these delays. Contact customer service about a missing order only after waiting up to 20 working days.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Ensure the package is in its original condition for eligibility. To initiate a return, reach out to us via the contact form or at info@littlewonderexplorer.com, and we'll guide you through the process.

Return the product to the provided address. We recommend using trackable shipping, as we are not liable for lost packages or delivery company errors. Upon receiving the product, a full refund will be issued. Keep in mind that the cost of insured shipping is non-refundable.

Please note: You are responsible for any return-associated costs, which will not be refunded.

CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER

If there's an error with your order and you want to cancel or change it, contact us at info@littlewonderexplorer.com. Once the package is sent, changes/cancellations are not possible. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee we'll be able to make changes/cancellations in time.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

For lost or damaged packages during shipping, we offer a free replacement. Contact us at info@littlewonderexplorer.com. However, errors made by the customer, such as providing an incorrect delivery address, are not our responsibility.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our prices exclude VAT; customs and import charges may apply when the item is shipped from our overseas warehouse. It's the customer's responsibility to cover these fees if they occur.
