Return Procedure:
Ship the product to the provided address. For added security, opt for trackable shipping. We recommend this to prevent any issues with lost packages or delivery company errors. Upon receiving the product, a full refund will be issued, excluding the non-refundable cost of insured shipping.

Our 30-Day Guarantee allows you to initiate returns within an extended 30-day period without specifying a reason. To qualify, the products must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping to the provided address and notify us by e-mail with the relevant order number and date.
Items with discount:
Discounted items can be returned, adhering to the above requirements. Only the paid amount will be refunded, not the original (non-discounted) price.
